Q: I have problems with paying, what I can do?

Q: My internet connection dropped. Can I continue my shopping?
A: Yes, absolutely. We save your cart for a week and notify you about it by email, where you can always find a link to continue your shopping.

Q: Can I use the payment method cash on delivery (COD)?

A: No, we do not have this option. Our site is 100% safe and qualified by Shopify Payments, so you can use your card without any worries. You can also always request a refund in case something has gone wrong with your package.

Q: When will I be able to receive my order?
A: After an order has been placed, it takes up to 3 days to pass it to the manufacturer. Then, in up to 6 days it is handled by the manufacturer. You get a tracking number and the order despatches. Q: My discount hasn't been applied. What should I do to get it?
A: All promotion codes which are promised to you on our social networks or site should be 100% applicable. If you've noticed that something hasn't worked, please inform us and we will make sure that you've got what you've been promised.

Q: Is my country on the shipping list?
A: Usually we deliver worldwide. However, due to COVID-19 situation at the moment we restricted our delivery and now we delivery to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Repulic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.

Q: Should I stretch the canvas on a frame before or after painting?
A:
We recommend to stretch canvas first and then paint.If you stretch the canvas after painting is finished, the paint may crack, which will ruin your work.

Q: Which color should I paint unnumberd gray areas on canvas?
A:
In your drawing set there are jars with a white dot at the top. You need to use them for painting gray areas.

Q:  How can I change/correct my address? 
A: We can change or correct a shipping address only if you don't receive a tracking number yet. In this case you can contact our support team and ask to change the address ASAP.
