Q: Can I use the payment method cash on delivery (COD)?
A: No, we do not have this option. Our site is 100% safe and qualified by Shopify Payments, so you can use your card without any worries. You can also always request a refund in case something has gone wrong with your package.
Q: When will I be able to receive my order?
A: After an order has been placed, it takes up to 3 days to pass it to the manufacturer. Then, in up to 6 days it is handled by the manufacturer. You get a tracking number and the order despatches. A: All promotion codes which are promised to you on our social networks or site should be 100% applicable. If you've noticed that something hasn't worked, please inform us and we will make sure that you've got what you've been promised.
